Lawrence General Hospital's Patient Portal is an online tool that goes a step beyond displaying information by helping you manage your healthcare easily and securely. Benefits of the portal include:

  • View details for upcoming outpatient visits

How do I log into the Patient Portal?

To log into thePatient Portal, either find Lawrence General Hospital within the MHealth App, or click the link above. Then, simply enter your username and password. The email that you enter must be on record with the hospital if you are registering for a new Patient Portal account after Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

Can I access the Patient Portal Consent Form online?

Yes, you can! The consent form is available here.

Can my family or friends access my Patient Portal?

Yes, you can give family members such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to the Patient Portal. This needs to be done within your health care facility and requires consent from you and your family member(s).

Can I pre-register for my visit on the Patient Portal?

Yes, you can pre-register for scheduled visits seven days prior to the service date. Click here for instructions.

Can I still get my information from the RelayHealth Portal?

Yes, but only information that is entered prior toWednesday, May 1, 2019. Your medical information will remain available at any time, but visits to Lawrence General Hospital for inpatient or outpatient services will now be documented in our new electronic medical record system. To access the RelayHealth login,click here.

What if I am a patient of Community Medical Associates or Andover Surgical Associates?

Starting June 28, 2021, CMA patients will be transitioning to the same Patient Portal that all Lawrence General Hospital patients currently use. CMA will archive each patient’s entire medical record collection for exactly one year. These can be accessed in the Health Portal we are transitioning away from.

Using the Patient Portal, you can take a more active role in your care in an easier, more user-friendly, and secure way. You can also download the free Patient Portal App by searching for "Meditech Health" in Google Play or Apple App Store.

Is the Patient Portal available on the App Store or Google Play?

Yes. The MHealth App is available for download in both the App Store and Google Play. Search for "Meditech MHealth" to find and download the app.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Patient Portal page open.

What if I ever have technical problems with the portal?

You may emailPatientPortal@lawrencegeneral.orgwith any questions. This can also be accessed at under the "Contact Us" option in the Patient Portal.
